Vendor Requirement for Technology Assessments
To ensure that the technology assessment goes smoothly for you and the RAC team, we have some requirements that we will need from the vendor you are looking to purchase something from. Due to HB21-1110 Colorado Laws For Persons With Disabilities, the RAC team now needs to assess the vendor’s security and IT accessibility.
Vendor Forms
Please make sure that the vendor has the below forms filled out so that they can easily send it to us:
- HECVAT Full or HECVAT Lite (Higher Education Community Vendor Assessment Toolkit)
- VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template)
We also request that you warn the vendor that we will be asking for these documents and that we would like them to return all documentation to us within 3 to 5 business days.
