To ensure that the technology assessment goes smoothly for you and the RAC team, we have some requirements that we will need from the vendor you are looking to purchase something from. Due to HB21-1110 Colorado Laws For Persons With Disabilities, the RAC team now needs to assess the vendor’s security and IT accessibility.

Please make sure that the vendor has the below forms filled out so that they can easily send it to us:
We also request that you warn the vendor that we will be asking for these documents and that we would like them to return all documentation to us within 3 to 5 business days.
The RAC team will also send vendors links to fill out and complete a security questionnaire and a digital accessibility questionnaire during the Technology Risk Assessment process.
